ABOUT ME

(A sappy origin story)

My story starts—like so many do—with a love and wonder for the night sky. Looking up, I was always captivated by the vastness of everything that lies beyond our Earth. I wanted to learn why things were the way there were, how they all came to be and, more than anything else, how would it all end? 

It is this obsession that led me to the University of Waterloo. There I had the opportunity to expand my horizons and explore what the world of physics was really about…beyond the dusty pages of a textbook. These experiences have shaped my perception of the industry and changed what I want out of my career. I've developed new passions for electronics, data science and a variety of other fields that have challenged me to grow and learn in ways I never imagined.

I still have the wonder of that little boy starting up at the night sky, obsessing over all the beautiful worlds outside our own. And now I have the drive, knowledge and experience to go out there and find them.
